"There’s not one design element we would’ve changed"

"The most comfortable home we’ve ever lived in"
"We are loving the last couple of weeks. It's been 24 degrees outside, and we're wondering how long we can hold off on using the heat!"

"The house has been working out great. During the hottest days when it has been 90+ outside, inside the house remained a comfortable 70 and we have not used the cooling function on the heat pumps, only the drying function occasionally to keep the humidity down. The R60 in the roof makes a huge difference. The heat just does not penetrate into the house."

"BrightBuilt produced a wonderfully designed home for us. We have built six new homes and rebuilt one but feel this one has the most homey feel. It is extremely quiet with all the insulation, interior temps stay remarkably consistent, the ventilation keeps it fresh. It feels really solid, the doors and windows do not jamb, rooms are all bright and cheery. We are extremely pleased with our decision to go through this process."

"We absolutely love the floor plan and exterior that BrightBuilt designed—rooms are just the right size and we were able to fit everything on our wish list (including a dog wash station!) into a relatively small footprint. Our third floor master suite is large and comfortable and private from the rest of the house. The design process was easy and fun and I felt like everything we articulated was really taken into consideration..."
