BrightBuilt Refreshed: Same Team, Clearer Focus

You may notice BrightBuilt looking a little different these days, and we're excited to share why.

We recently completed a brand refresh, including simplifying our name and updating our logo, website, social media, and branded materials. These changes are rooted in how our clients and partners already work with us: through customized home design centered on personalization, sustainability, and long-term value.

WHY NOW

Over the past 13 years, our work has grown deeper and more refined, and so have the expectations of the people who come to us. Again and again, clients have arrived looking not for a pre-set plan to pick from, but for a home that's genuinely theirs: shaped by where they live, how they live, and what they care about most.

Our previous branding, as much as we valued it, didn't fully reflect that reality. It left room for people to wonder whether we were primarily manufacturers, builders, or something in between, and that ambiguity sometimes created a gap between what people expected and what we actually deliver. This refresh closes that gap. It's our way of making sure the first impression we give is an accurate one.

WHAT’S NEW?

The most visible change is our website. We're focusing our marketing on individualized architectural design, which means the base designs you've seen listed there are making way for something better: a portfolio of real, completed homes. These are professionally photographed projects spanning a wide range of aesthetics, sizes, and features, and a far more accurate representation of the work we do every day.

This isn't just a visual upgrade. It's a deliberate choice to show our work as it actually exists: in real homes, lived in by real people, built to last. When you visit the new website, you'll see the range of what's possible when design is led by your needs rather than a starting template.

Our name is getting a trim, too. We're simplifying to BrightBuilt, cleaner, more memorable, and less tied to the idea of a home as a standardized product. It also happens to be what most people have always called us anyway - but don’t worry, our website address and social media channels are staying the same, so no need to update your bookmarks!

What's not changing is what matters most. For over 13 years, we've been committed to bringing net-zero, personalized home design to our clients, because we believe a healthy home should be thoughtfully designed, sustainably minded, and clearly guided.

WHAT STAYS THE SAME

A brand refresh changes how we present ourselves, not who we are or how we work. The same expertise that has guided clients through the custom home design process for over a decade is still here. The same process that balances design vision with real-world budgets, timelines, and performance goals is still in place. And the same commitment to quality, in every detail, every decision, and every relationship, still defines every project we take on.

For our builder and contractor partners, this refresh also sharpens something important: clarity about our role. We are a design firm. We bring the architecture, the performance standards, the sustainability expertise, and the client vision. Builders and manufacturers bring the construction knowledge and the craft. That collaboration is at the heart of every home we complete together, and now it's easier for everyone involved to understand that from day one.

A  NOTE TO OUR CURRENT CLIENTS

If you're in the middle of a project with us, nothing changes on your end. Your team, your timeline, and your process all continue as planned. You may notice small updates to our communications and materials as the rollout continues. That's intentional, and everything is designed with your experience in mind.

If anything feels unclear or you have questions, don't hesitate to reach out to your BrightBuilt contact. We're here, same as always.

We're proud of what this refresh represents: not just a new look, but a truer reflection of the work and the people behind it. Thank you, as always, for your trust and your support. If you haven't already, take a peek at the new website. We think it'll feel familiar in all the right ways.
