Designed to be quickly installed on the same property as an existing home, the Torrey ADU, formerly known as Sidekick, can be moved to another site at a later date, making it a smart investment for homeowners who have a current need for additional space. With all of the modern amenities a family member or extended stay guest might need – full kitchen, washer and dryer, dishwasher, and more – the home can also be designed for wheelchair accessibility. Featuring cutting-edge systems and energy-efficient construction, the Torrey is capable of producing as much energy as it will consume in one year, achieving Net Zero Energy status.
