Coming this December we bring you a two-fer! That's right, TWO homes to tour in one day - tour the first, and then walk on over across the street to the second!

First stop, a highly modified Frenchboro that has been very recently set and is ripe for a behind-the-scenes looksee of the finish out phase of the construction process. This Frenchboro design was heavily modified to fit the constraints and conditions of the site, a testament to the flexibility and adaptability of a BrightBuilt base design. It's the perfect set up for single-story living, but also takes advantage of a walkout basement with sweeping views to the saltwater river nearby.

A short walk across the street brings you to a BrightBuilt neighbor - a Mackworth nearing it's first "lived-in" anniversary and showcasing the warm, homey feel of a family that is settled in. 2,300 square feet encompasses many useful spaces; an open plan on the first floor that is perfect for hosting holiday events or daily family camaraderie, complete with a generous entry space and den and easily converted into a first-floor bedroom. The second floor has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms (including a primary bedroom en suite), and a laundry room - making it apt to sleep and support the tasks of many. This home is right-sized for families in the early years or for visiting adult-children, grandchildren, or guests alike.
